Healthy Mind, Healthy Life

Many of us are busy joggling our life with family, job, hobbies and many other tasks. Here in our country, some of us joggles their lives in traffic. Living in this society is important to have a calm mind. Why? some might ask, but when we are sleeping, we are already at peace. 
To find some hint for a healthy living today, we must look to our past. The history of human evolution shows a definitive link between our physical health and psychological well-being. 


Balancing our lives can be much easier if we practice some simple daily lifestyle and promote a healthy mind. Some simple strategic ways and practice for a healthy mind is a big help for a healthy life. It doesn't hurt and it can help getting away from any headache. Digital advances have improved our lives in so many ways, but we need to disconnect from it to take care of our mind and body. 


Let us try some of these simple things in life and connect more deeply with the present moment and separate ourselves from the worries of our mind. 

* Choose a time daily  and close your eyes and breathe for 5 mins
* Smile at stranger or lonely people
* Thanks someone
* Go for a nature walk
* Leave your phone on silent all day
* Eat slowly
* Drink Tea
* Listen to instrumental music to avoid singing with it
* Have a deep conversation with someone you know 
* Write a poem or a good memory
* Pet an animal
* Do some chores
* Be Mindful :)
