Finding Balance

Life is balance. We often so busy that we no longer  find time to ponder to life and tell ourselves, "Hey! i forgot to breath and calm my mind today!" Many of us, nibbles on our phone and read other people's stories and watch irrelevant information to pass our time. And there is one thing we forgot to do, nurture our body, close our eyes and find some balance. Now, we complain to ourselves why we often have headache, why we can sleep peacefully or why we are always stress.

Here are some reasons why we must find balance to have a more healthy lifestyle.

- ensures good health  
- keeps your mind alert and in good shape
- making time for yourself
- a calm mental, emotional, spiritual and physical system


We should disconnect ourselves from the busy society and start each evening to take time to unwind. If that means leaving the dishes overnight or laundry, so be it. Take a nice bath, read from the book you started, or listen to some soothing music
