Here are some reasons why we must find balance to have a more healthy lifestyle.

- making time for yourself
- a calm mental, emotional, spiritual and physical system
We should disconnect ourselves from the busy society and start each evening to take time to unwind. If that means leaving the dishes overnight or laundry, so be it. Take a nice bath, read from the book you started, or listen to some soothing music.
