Healthy Tea Time with Honey




You can't go wrong with sipping your sweet morning tea before sunrise with the droplets of delicious honey. 

Honey contains antioxidants which can help fight cell damage that may increase the risk for diseases like cancer or heart disease.

You may set aside the sugar as honey as sweeter. Research says that per teaspoon of honey contains 20 calories, 5 grams of sugar and no fat. So why go the other way if honey is sweeter and healthier? 

Each morning, living in this lovely country side house is always the best. Spending time with loved ones and good friends, accompanied with good talk over a healthy tea time :)
